Where we ship

We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after they are placed. We ship all orders in the continental US via USPS and UPS. Orders arrive within 3-7 business days.
Shipping Confirmation Emails
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the USPS or UPS tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment.
Shipping in Multiple Packages
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.
Tracking Your Order
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include the USPS or UPS tracking number.
Delivering Your Package
- We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
- Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
- Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.
Cancellations & Returns
We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you must contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return within (7) days of receiving the item to receive authorization to return the item. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted and returned to sender.
Refunds for items that are defective will include both the incoming and outgoing shipping charges. However, buyers returning items because of buyer's remorse will be refunded the purchase price but neither the incoming or outgoing shipping charges. Returned items must be returned in similar packaging and via the same shipping method by which it was shipped to the customer. Items returned are to be in the same condition as when they were sold and shipped or this guarantee is void.
A copy of the original sales invoice must accompany all returns with the return authorization number printed in plain sight. All returns should be shipped with sufficient postage and insurance for the buyer's protection. If items are not returned as per the above, the item will be returned to sender and no refund will be issued.
